Ok, made an eoParetoFitness class, which meant that I could roll back a few changes in EO.h (phew).

Fixed bug in eoGOpSelector (missing break!)
...
eoOp.h: binOp's second arg is const once more
all dsp and dsw files were touched by msvc, but did add some stuff (which
will be added to eo later)
