Fix regexp for external transfer
...
Since the SEPA update, the "VIR" prefix is not used anymore.
However, add a new regexp instead of removing the old one for
compatibility with old transactions

Fix exception in some cases
...
When self.loggedpage.is_here is false, we try to raise a
browserIncorrectPassword(error). Sadly, error is not set.
If we are not on the login page, we are in an unknown state (the site is
perhaps down?)

filters: JSON Dict improvements
...
- Allow the selector to already be a list
- Allow having None as a valid value (JSON "null")
- Handle lists in addition to dicts
- Try to guess whether the selector element is intented to be an int or a str
based on the structure available (list means int)
