Now the eo.dsw can be generated automatically from
...
eo.org
create_all_dsp.sh (that calls create_dsp.sh)
To add a new test program, simpy add 1 line in create_all_dsp.sh
and run it.
DO NOT TOUCH eo.org !!!

Fixed bug in eoGOpSelector (missing break!)
...
eoOp.h: binOp's second arg is const once more
all dsp and dsw files were touched by msvc, but did add some stuff (which
will be added to eo later)
