Fixed bug in eoGOpSelector (missing break!)
...
eoOp.h: binOp's second arg is const once more
all dsp and dsw files were touched by msvc, but did add some stuff (which
will be added to eo later)
Hope this all works

This external object is now defined in eoPersistent.cpp
