799e051285 Fix bash completion 
* Add files to the possibilities (needed at least for pastoob).
  For now show them only if nothing else  matches.
* Remove useless "$have" test that failed every time
* Forget fake "hash" after running
* Simpler code overall

1162aa2fd7 Remove gen_comic_reader.sh 
Replaced by tools/boilerplate.py
The templates in it are outdated (the test import for example),
hard to maintain, and do not follow PEP8.
Also, boilerplate.py already sets more fields.
