wcancino 3fede999a6 New class: moeoPtrComparator, which is used to sort the population using pointers to true individuals. This improves performance in situations that individuals copy constructors are computationally expensive. which contains the extracted archive.

It contains classes for almost any kind of evolutionary computation you might come up to - at 
least for the ones we could think of.
