eoParseTreeDepthInit but backward compatibility is maintained by
using a #define statement:

#define eoGpDepthInitializer eoParseTreeDepthInit

The initializer for strongly typed GP has been changed to
eoStParseTreeDepthInit

the gpsymreg application has been changed to use the new name
