Replace http://paradiseo.gforge.inria.fr with https://nojhan.github.io/paradiseo/ and paradiseo-help@lists.gforge.inria.fr with https://github.com/nojhan/paradiseo/issues across all source files, doxyfile templates, cmake packaging, and eo documentation. quemy	f67ee442c7	Add notion of base EOT for heterogeneous model. Island can be templated on a EOT regardless the EOT of its model. Island must have a conversion function from and to base EOT.
