The perf2worth major check in

2 new important classes: eoPerf2Worth and eoSelectFromWorth
Instances of eoPerf2Worth are eoRanking and eoLinearFitScaling.
Coming soon (piece of cake now) are the niching strategies (sharing, clearing)
