An include file was missing!!!

I've inserted it in teh file actually - but if we go on with gnuplot,
it will need to be taken out again, and used in all other monitors
we will write using gnuplot (e.g. eoGnuplotWithErrorbarsMonitor,
eoGnuplotHistogramMonitor, ...).
